@Richard Nix Thank you! I am definitely working on building up trust and credibility. I have helped several people with different things knowing they were not going to be purchasing a home anytime soon. I figured helping them with both of us knowing I would not be getting anything out of it was a good start.

@Dawn Brenengen Thank you so much! I'm not a parent, but I have been trying to share my page on different groups on Facebook as well.

I am not sure if my area has a meetup, I will need to look into that. It is so hard working full time to be involved in all the classes and things that help me learn.

I am a new Real Estate Agent, also working full time, and am trying to get going strong in that before beginning to invest in real estate. I am having the hardest time finding leads. I have made a FaceBook page and my posts are seen by thousands of people, but still no leads. My license has been active for 3 months and I have been unable to sell even a single house. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I am a beginner Real Estate Agent. I am in the process of learning (while holding a full time job) everything I need to grow in the real estate industry. I'm EXTREMELY interested in investing in real estate. My ultimate goal is to be a successful agent, while flipping homes and holding rental properties. Being in the beginning stages, and not being able to use my broker's "LaunchPad" program while working full time, I am looking for advice and mentor-ship to help me grow in my DREAM profession.
