Thanks for the info! I am working with a realtor and looking in Midway. How is the furnished rental market for 1-6 month furnished leases?

Anyone have experience with the furnished rental investment market in Park City or surrounding area of Utah? I will be headed there to find a property next month and would love a meetup or an referral to a great property manager.

My company has tightened our screening criteria since Covid brought on restrictions on evictions. We look for 700 min but if it is close we will make exceptions for applicants with strong reserves and stable income.
