thank you!!! You have any suggestion as to which schools to check? Paying for it, isn't the problem, is the time. But if is such a short thing, I am 100℅ down!!

As for bachata, I love it. I am not good at dancing. Where you from?

How do you become a realtor in NYC? I am not for spending much time in college. I already have a bunch of credits...I rather work

You can become a real estate agent in as little as 2-3 weeks.
You have to take 20 classes that range in 3-4 hours and then take a state exam.

@basit Siddiqi... Yes my main focus is getting a job. I would have been working already if it wasn't for an inconvenience that came up, plus i I moved back like 15 days ago..

I take care of ppl with mental disabilities.

As for the real estate license, I need to find out the process. I would love to have it.

umm you can hire them for a certain things... You can be involved in different levels.

My thing is how much do you care of how well they are doing the job? Are you willing to commute often how often? Is the investment is worth it......is not an easy question. I wouldn't like to have prop all over the country. At most in two states, but I live in one and want to travel to the other often. So you could mix business with trips

Where can I get a listín of properties that will foreclose soon?

I guess outside of the city too.

Have you done sub2 or whole sale in the city or near by? What do you need in terms of paper, where do you go to sign the sees over and all that..
