I just moved to Atlanta GA. I'm starting my REI career as a wholesaler. I have an idea of what an investor may be looking for in a deal but I will like to hear from the horses mouth exactly how to identify a good deal for the investor and myself.

Hey everybody! I am new to real estate investing. Was in Louisville KY networking with other investors and learning the business. I just moved to ATLANTA and I'm looking to continue this trend. Thanks for that advice. Its real encouraging. For right now I want to focus on Wholesaling because I dont have the capitol on hand to buy and hold or rehab. I've reached the point where I start talking to motivated sellers. So I am looking for the right words to say and sound as professional as possible. I'm sure after I land my first deal. It will boost my confidence in that area.
