Has anyone ever used a flat fee listing agent in Chattanooga TN and can recommend them? What was your experience like if you don't mind sharing? Thank you. 

My partner and I are selling our duplex in Chattanooga TN. It has been managed locally by a PM since we acquired it in 2015. We recently has our front long term tenant move out and the back tenant wanted to move to the front unit so currently one side is vacant. The long term tenant moved to another part of Chattanooga to live with family. Tenants pay utilities. We pay for lawn care. There is no snow removal in Chattanooga. Other than that PM me for any questions you may have. Thank you.

Hello, my business partner and I have purchased 3 rental properties in the last 18 months but want to get going on more. While we like the stability of buy and hold rentals we really want to get into flipping houses full time. Our liquid capital currently is low but, we still want to explore options going forward and making deals. I listen to the BP podcast and it's very inspiring to know people are out there making it happen. I aspire to be one of those people too. I am open to advice, suggestions, criticisms and anything else that would help me grow as a person and professional.
