I really enjoyed this podcast. Jenny seems very down to earth and was very relatable. I love her achievable goal of owning 10 homes outright and just living off of the income. Bigger ambitions are awesome, but it's nice to hear people doing things at a smaller and what seems much more manageable level. Congrats!

Hello, the name is Tim and i'm Midwest native. I have always had an interest in real estate and thought that meant i'd have to get a license to begin. In researching to buy my first house I stumbled upon BP and some other sites that have opened my eyes to the possibilities. Right now i'm most interested in rental property as that is what i've researched the most and passive income is my main goal, however the prospect of flipping a couple hoses is very appealing as it would jump start my rental property purchases. I'm excited to learn and grow with the BP community.
