@Jonathan Klemm That is awesome!! You are giving me hope that's for sure. I am walking distance to green line and a mile away from blue. Staging is really important and currently in the process of some rehabbed to add more bedrooms and an extra bath. I just don't want to be stuck with another non paying tenant again until COVID is OVER!! You mentioned Yourporter an pricelabs which I am clueless of but will do some homework to become familiar. I appreciate your time and feedback. Thank you!

@Julius Chinn I’m sorry I should have went more into detail. So I am stuck in between finding a paying tenant (I currently have a non paying tenant due to COVID) or doing AIRBNB for a guarantee pay. But was wondering if AIRBNB would be a profitable route to go due to the downside of things.

Is there anyone that currently host AIRBNB preferably in (Chicago) or in any major cities? I would like to know if you are getting many bookings since the pandemic and is it worthy of doing vs finding the right PAYING tenant during the crisis? Open to opinions

@Spence Kal Thank you so much for your feedback and your experience by putting things in perspective for me. I totally agree a Good Realtor should offer enough value to pay make their commission and not leaving the seller to pick up the remainder. I will also look into the MLS listing as well.

Right same thing I said. Apparently, It splits into three ways amongst my Realtor and their company and the buyer realtor. 6% is the magical number.

How about you talk to 2+ realtors and have them give their resumes? Inform them you are talking to 2+ realtors and what' is their commission. Ask if they can do better on their first number. Commissions are NOT locked in.

1. There're few services available online that you can sell with minimal agent involvement/fees, there're few companies working like this. (REX?).
2. Have it as a rental, sell it in Roofstock, you only need to pay 3%
