I can honestly say that I would never pay that much for a mentorship program, for it just doesn't make sense, for when you have a free mentorship program right here at your finger tips. There are many individuals right here that are more than willing to help you with anything, all you have to do is ask. I'll keep that $25k, plus that quarter of million, and invest in a nice little quiet town where there is no competition. These guru's are nuts!

Hello to all. I have a question for the wholesalers that do builds of cold calling lists; if I was to u cold a call a list of three thousand contacts, what would be the length of time in weeks that list would be used? I see people using the same list for several weeks during a Direct Mail campaign, would the same concepts apply for cold caliing? You help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for three to four family in University Heights, or North section of Newark. If anyone can help that would be great.
