@Simcha Frand I have ran into this problem myself, I've found if you have an address use trulia app. Input address, click on crime tab at top. Hope this helps
@Rita Neri house hacking won't work for me at this very moment, I'm tied to a lease where I'm at. It's a possibility contingent on loan approval in the next year though. Thank you for you input.

I'm looking to buy and flip not looking to flip and hold until I get some capital built up.

Hello all, I'm brand new to real estate, I've done tons of reading went to seminars etc. etc. I'm still pretty clueless on the ins and outs of real estate. My wife and I are trying to get the ball rolling. I'm going to be using hard money until I get some capital built up. I'm looking for advice on a possible area between Kings Island and cincy to possibly be able to find my first deal in. Any and all advice is welcome, also looking to build my network of other investors. Thank You in advance Carl Jones
