I may try cash for keys. She only pays...or should be paying 500$ a month.

I’m working towards an understanding. There are a lot of laws in Philadelphia. I asked the forum so that someone might help me further understand. I’ve already been cheeky enough to my self for both of us. I inherited the problem. I need to know if I have more rights as a live in owner. I know I’m up to excrement creek. I can diss myself just fine without you...but thanks for the input.

I feel you on that...it is just so much more complex than that. It is in Philadelphia PA and the lawyer cost as well as the mess I’ve inherited don’t leave me that luxury at this point.

Hey guys...I inherited a property, and a woman who inhabits the place doesn’t want to pay and is squatting. The place is not zoned for tenancy I tried to do it. If I move into the place,being owner occupied, will I have a legal way to get her out of the house? Or if I don’t...I’m welcome to any ideas. She is really working on my nerves and is just an awful person. Help me please?
