Is there any brokers in the DFW area that is willing to help. Im in Dallas Tx. What do you reccomend to for me to do to find properties. Ive been pre approved and now I cant find properties tried the mls but inventory us low.

I want to start multiple rentals. This would be my first property. I didnt qualify for an investment loan only second home loan. But then i wouldnt be able to rent and has to be atleast 25 miles from my house. What should i do? Take offer or fix credit and wait.

I got approved for a secondary home loan not a investor loan for a property.my credit didnt qualify fir an inverstor loan. Should i take the loan or leave it.

Thanks for your info. It was my first purchase and a learning experience. Cant flip because of location. Its a bad area and my money is tied up on that flip. So i dont have enough down for next purchase.

I have a question i own a property free and clear(no mortgage) that im trying to flip, but i cant purchase my next property (which i want to rent) untill i flip my first one. .I've been pre approved from lender but my money is tied up. Should i pull a equity on the flip house untill i sell? What do you reccomend?

Do I really have to invest in a property that is rehabbed and pay a lot more to get qualified?

Thanks Brandon, buying the books asap. Here's what happen to me, I tried to get qualified to get a property I was interested in and the house needed some work so both bank and a mortgage comp turned me down and said house has to be ready. So now I'm stuck again.
