I want to buy notes but to ask sellers if they want to sell them I need to contact them. I can figure our who was their buyers agent so can I contact the agent and ask the agent if they can give me the sellers info. I will also give them a commission if they do. Do y’all think it’s a good idea?

I was wondering if someone could help me get a note finders fee agreement please. Thanks
