@Marc Rice

Thanks Marc that's exactly what I want to do is create a team but timing is everything so far I just been networking and trying to meet as many people as possible that can help. If you are someone that can help where you can find me deals, and know of a good rehab team, and property management team that would be great.

@AJ H.

Thanks AJ I appreciate the insight overall I want financial freedom. I could search for homes here in California but with these prices it's crazy. I feel like if I have 150k I can invest in SFH for half that on the other side of the state. Just scared to take that risk. Are you with a group who invest in out of state properties?

Hi my name is Carlos I am looking to invest out of state but dont know how to start. I currently own 3 properties in San Diego I'm looking to invest with either equity from one of my rental properties or hard/private money lending what is your advice on that decision?

As well as do you think its better to invest in states closer to California or go to other states further where the price is more affordable?

I hope I can get some advice that will steer me in the right direction. Thank you everyone.
