Hello,

I'm looking to buy my first flip/rehab within the next few months and I want to see if anyone has personal recommendations for home inspectors in the Houston area. I looked on Houston Association of Real Estate Inspectors, and I found some great companies to use, but I was looking for fellow BP members that have worked with investor friendly inspectors. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

I'm interested in beginning my real estate venture very soon. I talked to an agent recently and he told me that the Independence heights in Houston, TX is beginning to turn around, similar to Eado. I know The Heights isn't too far away from there, but I think that area is still plenty of years away from becoming the new hot spot. I was wondering if anyone as done any work in that area or can give any market insight.
