Hello BP'ers, let me start my introducing myself, my name is Carlos Santiago, 22 yrs. old, from North Bergen, N.J., currently I've been a Correction Officer in my local county area for 2 1/2 yrs. I have to say being young with a mindset of an entrepreneur and having to "force" myself to be in a environment such as where I work is really tough, but being that I always have a busiess book with me at all times tends to take the stress away, eventhough I 've always had a passion for RE, I believe one day I will be successful and be self employed  . Feb 1, 2010 I started on my second career which is the day I started RE school to become a licensed RE agent for the state of NJ, March 1, 2010 I will be taking my state exam so wish me luck. I've been a member of BP for about 2 yrs but never posted anything. I have also taken the past 2 yrs. to educate myself by reading lots of forums/books that have to do with REI and general business. I currently haven't done no RE transaction but believe I have the knowledge to start taking action. BPer's please feel free to add me as one of your colleagues. I'm a firm believer that networking is the key to the unknown since its not what you know but who you know that can bring you success. Thank you BPers for your time and hope to meet lots of great people.
