I’d love to hear y’all’s opinions on the 380 corridor between Denton and Decatur
Certainly picking up steam. One trick is I don't see a lot of what I would think are good rental type properties close to the highway. Another is, there is LOTS of land that way. However if you can find the right deal, should be a good place long term. I like a little bit north better....Krum, Sanger, Pilot Point, Aubrey.
I will definitely keep my eyes open in those areas for my next property

It seems like it’s positioned for a good amount of appreciation growth
More and more people also seem to be moving further away from Denton due to being priced out of the rental market in that area
I’m a novice investor so any opinions from more experienced investors would be greatly appreciated

Hello,
I hope everyone is having a great day!
As the title states, I am curious to hear more experienced investor’s thoughts and opinions on barndos?
They are popping up everywhere in rural Texas and I’d like to know if it would be a viable strategy
- Is it possible to even get financing for one?
- Do the appreciate? Do they at least hold their value?
- Are rental rates comparable to a regular SFH?
Thank you for your time and replies
