Hello

If I'm buying a house that is currently rented under section 8 (lease ends in November 2020) but my intention is to rehab and flip the property. Do I have to wait for the lease to end ? or can I give them a notice in order to evict them from the property  (how long is the notice) ?  

I never bought a property with renters especially  under section 8, and what I am afraid is that since they are under section 8 they special privileges under the government. I did speak with the tenants and they also told they are disabled
