Thanks Brett! I'll have to check out the keywords and meetups. Thanks for including the link to - that was extremely helpful.

Hi BP members,

My name is Carl Streck and I'm CEO of a commercial appraisal management firm. I'm looking to share my knowledge on the CRE market and to meet more bankers, real estate pros, and appraisers through Bigger Pockets as well as help any CRE professionals that might be facing a few speed bumps. There's a ton of information on BP and I'm looking forward to interacting with this community. If anyone has any pointers on the best ways to get started, I'd love to hear from you!

Thanks,

Carl
