Hey Edward,  don't get me wrong. What  i'm trying to do is  make aware other  honest investor that might be in contact with these people.  If  you are offended by this then there's nothing I can do.

Hey Edward, I can send you the chain of personal messages and email from them if you want to , and even the  receipt of the amount deposited into my credit card which the bank later reversed since the origin can't be verified.

I truly agree that biggerpockets is a very rich environment for scammers to find potential victims.  I just feel compelled to share this experience for everybody to be aware of their presence.  Use your best  judgement.

its a very long story.  Just avoid these people outright.  They will take you hard earned money and run away.  You can find this Michael ghadis here in biggerpockets. So beware.

This is just a warning for those investor who are seeking  funding.  If a certain Michael Ghadis ( or Wahl Bradley, Concorde  Finance and Investment Inc) connects with you, offereing to help you with funding, please avoid them. They are scammers.

Good Day.  For a new investor, is it wise to buy and fix  houses  100 miles away from you? I would love to have some inputs on this since I am considering doing this.  Thanks.

I don't go for mls.  There's no deal there.  sellers there are trying to squeeze every penny out of  a property.  Just keep looking, i believe.
