Any good apps to collect rent? 

Anyone knows where I can find some information on terminating the lease on a Tenant that's at will in MASSACHUSETTS.  

I gave her a 30 days noticed, not sure If I need to give her more time, etc. thank you.

Wondering if anyone can suggest a good Airbnb guide book?! I’m on the process of purchasing my first Airbnb.

I try contacting my lender but I'm guessing bc of the COVID-19 their response will take longer than usual. What if my lender has a sales clause? I own 6 properties and only 2 are under my llc bc I bought them cash. The other 4 are not. What should I do? Anything will help. thanks.
