@Jon Hill Great topic for starting the new year...My goals are for the new year...

1. Read at least 20 books

2. Have a mentor since I'm new to real estate.I want to learn as much as I can about real estate from all angles.

3. To buy houses and flip them

4.Find a partner and investor

5. Own my own home

6.Making enough income to live comfortable

7. I love to read about law and attraction things to help make you a better postive person in life. To keep bettering my self as a person and keep positivity going.

8.Going on dates with my husband at least once a week now that my kids are grown.

Thank you so much for your information. I'm a mom of 7 kids and I'm just getting into real estate . So I can have extra income now that they are grown. What would be your be suggestion to get my foot in the door and learn more at the same time ?
