No my brother is not related to the landlord and he does not own that property he lives downstairs he just told his landlord that i was looking for a place. Landlord and i signed this lease feb 17. I was supposed to move in march 1. I had an argument with my brother. So my brother called the landlord and told him not to rent to me. I already gave up my old apartment. The only thing the landlord stated was he didn't want to get in the middle of family issues. This landlord already knew before i signed that sometimes my brother and i don't always see eye to eye. And he still was set on renting this place. What should i do now?

My brother for me an apartment i signed the lease supposed to move in 6 days for into argument with my brother landlord dosent want to rent to me anymore is this legal? I already have up my old apartment.
