Hi Justin. Have you found any wholesalers in your area that you could become a birddog for? If you dont have much funds maybe this could help. Some offer set fees for houses that you brought them that they close on. This would also get you going and help you start to see what your market is like. Plus it won't cost much, that's up to you how much time and money you put in.

Yes I have. Its been a slow process, but by going to the meetings and from marketing I have been able to network with a few in the game.

*********** is a director for WCRT. I believe they have Cash Flow game gatherings. I thought I saw once on there website that they occasionally meet in Chicago. I know this is not the actual club meeting, but im sure you'll meet a lot of people.

That actually sounds like a great idea. I may not be a pro member nor have many colleagues on my list yet, but since I am just starting out it would probably be easier to start sorting my list. It would most likely help someone like Will, who has so many colleagues, to communicate better amongst themselves.
