Thanks you all! I'm really excited and nervous about this next move. Seems like I'll have a nice place to go for advice. @ Douglas Snook I am not a Landlord but yes I would like to become one. I hear all the horror stories, for this reason I'd like to prepare mysel before making any choices. @ John Tower yes my goal is to buy rental property and manage it.
