They need a real estate broker's license to manage properties they do not own.

Does the fact that I am a licensed Realtor in Ohio and the owner of the vacation properties in Ohio that I want an unlicensed management company to manage make a difference ?

I am a licensed Realtor in Ohio.  I have some short term vacation rentals in the Hocking Hills area of Southeastern Ohio.  There is a management company that I would like to use to manage these units although they currently only manage their own properties and are not licensed.  Will my license, as the owner of the property, cover the need for management licensing ?   Do you even need a real estate license to manage a short term or vacation rental ?  Thank you -
