Ok, so does that mean never had one before or don't have one currently? Our first home was an FHA but we have since refinanced.

Can I still assume an FHA loan if I'm not a first time home buyer? It would be my primary residence but would be a third property.

Thank you for this input.  It is helpful to know how other people are approaching this with their own properties. 

I am working to rent my first property in Littleton, CO, and I am wondering if anyone in the area includes a "no-grow" policy in their lease agreements.  Has anyone approached this and what are your thoughts on including this in the lease?
