@Gorden Lopes @Peter McDonough Thank you both for the great advice! I do plan on going to college and getting a degree in the Stem field but I am wanting to dive in and learn as much as I can right now. Maybe not go in on my first deal but at least get experience in the field. I have another business that I run that I am using to build up my cash reserves... Until then do you think it would be a good idea to try and go get a job and work for free or “internship” with a local wholesaler or real estate investor and just try to dive in and learn as much as I can. Thanks so much again.

Hi my name is Carter and I am a 17 year old high school student from Huntsville, AL. I am looking for different ways to start in the real estate market. I am looking to start by flipping houses and then using the profits for long term rentals. If anyone has any suggestions on how I should start or what to do let me know!
