@Ken Boone. Hi Ken. You want to be very careful with indoor camera's as it's a very thin line between protection of your property and privacy for the visitor.I'd think a camera that would show outside maybe towards the doors would be ok. As for Indoors, I see possible lawsuit.

Example: What's you opinion if you have a camera in your hotel room? It would probably make you feel a little uneasy.

Hi Everyone. I'm new to this Real Estate Investing thing. What is your opinion on purchasing a small fixer upper under 3K to get my feet wet.

I considered fixing this property up (needs inside work for sure) and renting it out for some residual income and grow from this. I'm thinking more long term Investment.
