I am the only child but she’s legally married. He wants nothing to do with the house. She was caught up on mortgage when she passed but now owes around $10,000 from after her passing. The house could easily sell for $200,000- $220,000. I haven’t actually been quoted 

So my mom passed back in 2019 with no will and there was a lot wrong with the house at the time I decided not to keep it because I was pregnant and nobody would help me fix it up. Now, I just moved back to Florida and have been thinking a great deal about if it was still possible to get the house back. I let emotion and people I thought cared about me get in the way of what I know I truly want, which is to get my mothers house back. Like I said she has no will and the house just went into preforeclosure.. what are the next steps for me to take???
