Hi Chris, Thank you for your input. I love your podcast by the way. As a small guy with only 6 properties, it seems to take me a little longer to turn the property over and rent it out. I guess I will have to be more creative with the advertising this time around. David

Thanks William. That is very helpful. I never thought of zillow and just found out the rental listing is free too. I've always used craigslist and yard sign without any problem since 2009. I guess the market is getting tighter in my area and probably in many other area. David

I have a nice home built 2006 up for rent for a month and a half now. House is in Colton CA San Bernardino county faily nice neighborhood. 4b 2.5b $1545 which is average for the area but seems like it's much harder to find a tenant compare to a year ago. Is it just me or anyone else here have the same prob
