Hi all,

I am looking for some guidance to getting the best loan and navigating a bridge loan for a mix use property w/o a CO.  We are nearly completed and at sheetrock with all appliance, flooring, fixture quotes lined up......

I shopped around and found a few but they are on the higher end of 10%+. I am sure I can't rent roll the loan amount that within the allotted term(long-term tenants).  I am still weighing out options of AirBnB.

My other idea is to piece it together with Friends&Fam lending and then go for a larger loan when seasoned with a CO.  Could I go for a longer term loan that is larger even without a CO?

Would love to know how your progress is going in Kingston!

Casey

Recently, acquired a commercial building(meets the 2% rule) in Kingston New York.

I am out of my depth!  I am comfortable with aesthetics and renovation...  Am I able to hire a real estate consultant that could guide me through this process?  My boss doesn't know much! >,<

S-Corp or LLC? From what I know.... LLC is best...
