I think the above reply is great. I would also suggest self-managing atleast for the first little bit so that you can really understand the processes and how things work. You will then be able to better vet out potential property managers in the future because you know how you want it managed and what it takes to get things executed. 

I would also suggest turning on Smart Pricing on Airbnb if you aren't familiar with the ebbs and flows of the area or etc.
