Hello, I am a very new real estate investor at 24 years old. I’ve been an avid listener to the Real Estate Rookie podcast for a year now. I have purchased my first long term rental property with my parents as my partners to get my feet wet. I have been bitten by the real estate bug and have been sending my parents several other listings. They are not looking to invest in anymore properties anytime soon but my dad found a website that’s for real estate investors called “Arrived”. Is anyone familiar with their investment concept/ do you know of anyone personally who has invested in it. I’m wondering if investing in this realm would potentially make more sense for me than sourcing another deal right away, or if I should just save and stack cash for my next property. Any insight is appreciated!
