@mindy,I have a excellent  reo agent here in biloxi,next issue is the better deals get scooped up extremely  quick,by other investors,which are also realtors. Next,the phrase,find the deal,and getting  the money is the easy part. Well that's not true,but i now understand to get funding lined up first.

I keep telling myself, I need more education before I talk to homeowners. mainly I think, how can I help someone, and I have my own problems im trying to rid off. do I keep learning or dive right in.
