Post: Suggestion for insurance on STR in Florida (as LLC)?

So far I'm striking out looking for insurance to cover a condo STR I'm about to purchase in Orlando. It is a condo (townhouse) that I will be purchasing under my LLC. Not in a hurricane or flood zone.

State Farm: Won't cover as LLC.

Proper: Not currently writing in FL

Foremost: Not currently writing in FL

Other suggestions appreciated.

Hey Adam. Long-time Orlando resident here. Happy to connect and perhaps meet up at a meetup. I expect to be at the in person CFRI meeting next week.

I'm definitely a newbie but doesn't this advice change depending on what type of REI someone is looking to do? Surely this same advice (don't wait!) was given to investors in 2008 which turned out to be terrible advice back then. Are we in a mini-2008 now? I don't want to wait either but there must be some amount of caution or protection a new investor should follow, no?
