I'm looking for a commercial real estate agent in Syracuse, NY. I've been investing in small residential properties for the past 12 years, but I have not done anything in the commercial space. I'm looking to talk to an agent with knowledge of the local market, different types of investments, typical cap rates, etc. Anyone know an agent with good market/industry knowledge that I could reach out to? I'm looking to buy in early 2018.
