Post: Wholesaling, how to - details/actionable steps

So I'm new to real estate and I began wholesaling to start gathering funds. Problem is I don't want to start calling people or offering deals till I have something to say, and how to go about finalizing a deal.
1. Whats the best way to present a offer, do you tell the agent your asking price and then they will get you the best deal or should you present the offer directly to the seller?
2. I'm also wandering/worried about the contract and how I should go about having the seller/buyer sign it, by email, through an agent, in person, fax it?! I'm clueless at the moment.
3. Dual agency, how does it work, and is it something that I should consider?
4. Are buyers lists first come first serve, or is mild favoritism allow or mass favoritism?
Is there anything else I'm missing, any signs of getting scammed, some essential part of a deal that I'm missing, tips on analyzation, or if your interested on getting on my buyers list.

AYYYYYY I’m 15 and I’m in the same boat, my parents are great but I want financial freedom as soon as possible. It’s good to know that there’s other like minded people.
Thank you all, this is going to get me started thank you.
@Mitchell Luban at the end of the paragraph you said "Good agents also aren't stupid they realize investors work with multiple agents at times even within the same city". Is this a okay thing to do, to work with more than one agent in a city.
Okay, thank you for the advice.
So I'm a young investor in Portland, OR and I'm not yet associated with a real estate agent. From what I've heard from different bigger pocket investors is that you can just go to an agent and they'll just do things for you, needless to say I'm a little doubtful. So whats the best way to contact and work with a real estate agent.
