Post: Living in Oregon with Rentals in Washington

My wife and I currently live in Washington state and own three rental properties. We are considering moving closer to her family in Oregon. I am a W2 remote worker, she works with our children. Is there any way to avoid Oregon claiming all of our Washington state rental income for their income tax? No way to avoid it on the W2, but could doing something like setting up an LLC for the rentals shield us from Oregon state income tax? Many thanks!
