I need to replace about 50 feet of cast iron pipe under a slab house. I was quoted about 23k. Does anybody know a company that can do it cheaper? I feel 23k is a bit too high.

Has anyone ever got a heloc and if so which bank or credit union do you recommend in the dallas area. Do you recommend a fixed or variable interest rate? I noticed the variable rate is the most common and right now and its lower than the fixed.
