I need help guys, I'm getting tired of getting involved with some of these hard money lenders that say they lend on 50K plus but when it comes about a week or 2 into the negotiations they turn around and say we need a 100K or more minimum. Does anyone know a good loan consultant or somebody I can get a hold of so they can go out and look for the right people. Or does anyone have a good hard money lender they can refer me to? Looking for 65k on an ARV property of 130k.

@Andrew Postell Thank you for the response.  Shortly after posting this i did speak with a rep from a title company and they basically told me all they care about is the land.  RE.  so i just wanted to make  sure i didn't need to record something and be legit.

Hello all, i am in the process of moving a 1300 sq ft house off of a small ranch to a lot i own.  I have already purchased the house and received a bill of sale for it.  Do i need to record the purchase on any TREC form?  How about once its placed on the lot?  Any help would be appreciated.
