I am trying to find an accurate way of estimating rehab costs, are their any rehabbers or contractors willing to work together? I have tried using BlueHammer.com through prop stream but I am unsure of how accurate that is.
Has anyone worked with Brent Bowers or their wholesaling land course? Any experiences anyone can share?

Can you run comps on the bigger pockets site? I know there are several reports you can run to analyze deals, but I haven't seen anything about where to run comparables?

Hey everyone, I am new to investing and have been working on getting my first deal. I have done mailers, driving for dollars, cold calling, email marketing etc. with no luck thus far but still working at it! I have a website set up with SEO and backlinks being built so just looking for deals in the meantime until I can generate traffic to there. Looking to learn from everyone here, partner with those interested and work together to help make us all successful!
