Thanks everybody, I was not intending to clear the lot myself. Just wanted to know if there is any metric to clear trees on per acre or on per tree basis. Just wanted to educate myself before taking quotes..

@Kaustubh Johri - Atlanta is a great market, but it can be hit or miss without the appropriate market knowledge because there are so many different neighborhoods. I am a big proponent of the I-75 North corridor for appreciation investing that also provides healthy cash flow.
