Hello BP, does anyone have experience/advice using a HELOC on their primary residence to acquire a small multi family property or any investment property? I figured with having equity in my home, it would be a good time right now to get a line of credit for as much as possible for when a property/properties pops up, instead of refinancing at a fixed rate. Also, what bank would you recommend? Thank You

Hi, Im looking for any advice on going all in on investing passively with my IRA on a syndication. I have a great relationship with the syndicator and I understand syndication. Just want advice or thoughts on going all in with my IRA in Multi Family and get it out of wall street. Any information is very much appreciated. Thank You
