I am new to BP. Moving to Jackson MS and looking for a property to live in for work that will eventually become a rental. Open to single family but duplex or multi family for house hack would be ideal. Looking in ridgeland or Madison but open to anything. Happy to be here!

Thanks for all of the advice, I appreciate everyone weighing in! I definitely have a lot to learn and would love to get your opinion on books that helped you on your journey when getting started with real estate. 

I am a dental student graduating in less than a year, looking to get into a residency in a new place and hoping to acquire a property that I can live in and rent out! I don’t have any money and have a lot of educational debt. Would love to hear some feedback about how to get started!
