@Bruce Woodruff

whoops PEX yes. The inspector said it’s just something that should be done in the near future as it’s all original copper from the late 60’s. I’d hate to redo all the floors and then the copper pipes give up on us.

The home has about 3 feet of crawl space. Built right on the ground, no slabs or anything of the sort.

Hey guys,  we’re in the process of purchasing a 1400 sqft one story brick ranch in Charleston SC.  Currently it’s in the due diligence phase and unfortunately we can’t get a plumber there in time for an estimate.  We planned to get the house repiped with PEV (currently copper). Is anyone familiar with pricing on a job of this size? Any info would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
