Hi all, I'm looking into purchasing some land and the disclosure states that there are some existing enforcement's in place.

I plan to go to the town and establish what these are specifically. Any advice appreciated

Don't hand over the keys, give him his money back and explain why as soon as posssible.

It will cost him money to take you to court... if it even comes to that, but at least he hasn't moved in and you can move on.

Post: How much Debt to Income to Take

My wife have 2 properties, currently rents her house ( Over 2 years now ) and we are looking to purchase a 3rd property in FL, to use as a vacation rental, which we hope will lead to additional rentals in the future.

The question I have if we max out our debt to income on this 3rd property (20% down), how would this effect subsequent purchases? Or should we put more down? Obviously we anticipate that this rental will be positive in cash flow.
