Hi All,

I am currently seeking a position in real estate bookkeeping. Over the past few years, I have gained valuable experience providing bookkeeping services for various companies. This experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in financial management and an eye for detail.

Recently, I purchased my first property, sparking my interest in the financial workings of the real estate industry. I am eager to leverage my bookkeeping skills in a real estate context and deepen my understanding of the sector’s financial nuances.

If anyone knows of opportunities or has advice on breaking into real estate bookkeeping, I would greatly appreciate your insights.

Thanks @Clayton Silva for the quick reply.

Regarding the cash out part though, there's no way of doing an actual refinance? I think the HELOC rates are usually higher than a traditional loan.

For my future purchases what would be my best loan if I want to refinance within the year?

Hi All,

I bought a property end of 2024 in south jersey and had some work done and want to pull out some of the equity.

1) How would I know an estimate of how much the ARV is before paying for an actual bank appraisal? Would it be a question to my PM or Agent that helped me with the purchase?

2) At purchase I did a 30 year fixed mortgage and when I'm reaching out to my lender now he's saying I can't do a cash out refinance within 12 months of purchase, is there any way to get around that?

I'm still new to the RE game and am learning, so hope someone would be able to assist me with this.
