I purchased my first STR in Dec 2021. The property is performing nicely, but it's time consuming and the expenses are quite high.
My concern is if the market takes a turn for the worse and the revenue will slow down, the expenses will put me in hole.

Should I consider selling the STR and 1031 exchange it for a multi family LTR?

I have offers that would double my initial investment if I sell, but in the same time the multi family property I’d buy also went up in price and my interest rate on a new loan will be 1% higher than my current loan.
