Sorry I haven’t been on in a while. It has been amazing down here. I’m a realtor now as well so I am staying busy. The low cost and high return keeps me vested in my market. I would like to hear your thoughts and ideas as well about your markets.

I wasn’t able to because of low attendance due to Covid. I quit my job after 12 years last week now that I am financially independent. I’m very excited and have time and several people able to meetup now as well. If you have time available I’m looking to meet any Saturday. We can all check our schedules and plan. I will also be rewiring  and gutting houses also putting videos up showing the process from an investment and contractor standpoint.

@Charles Pope I will let you know as soon as I can get everyone together. I've got several bankers and investors in Calhoun County that are excited to coming network.

I just received my portal access as well. Accepted the highest amount I was offered. Hopefully the closing docs come soon. I have a W-2 job  rentals etc. S Corp no employees. I saw before I checked the amount  the fine print that stated that this form doesn't mean your loan is approved. Has anyone been denied by the underwriter before closing docs were able to be signed after you had access to the portal?

@Jamie Hodges I have had surgery earlier this year and Covid has kept me from having a meetup for the past few months. I do plan on having another one at the beginning of June, but it just depends on everything going on.

I applied for the EIDL on March 29th. I just received an email that the EIDL advance will be deposited into my bank account. The email stated that $1000 will be given for every employee on file as of January 31st up to $10000. 

To me it sounds like there would be many obstacles in obtaining clear title. I would consult a property attorney in your county for more clarification. I buy and quiet title properties in Alabama, they can be very profitable or a money pit. Denise Evans is the Alabama expert on tax properties in Alabama.

@Demetria Cass all my rentals are in Calhoun County. We will be having a Meetup soon as well. We should link up and network.
