Hello,

I am looking to have a legal professional look over two documents: a purchase/sale agreement and an assignment of contract. I would prefer someone who has a background in real estate. I want to ensure I am not breaking any laws and will have protection against any adverse consequences.

I have been having issues finding any lawyers who will look over my contracts.

Can anyone give me some advice as far as what lawyers will look at the documents? Are there any agents that would be able to make sure I have everything correct?
